ASEE administers a number of fellowship and research opportunities with funding provided by the Federal agencies including the Department of Defense (DOD), 美国国家航空航天局, and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

VSGC awards over $325,000 in 奖学金s & 奖学金 to students majoring in a STEM field. The 本科 STEM 研究 Scholarship Program provides a one-year 奖学金 of up to $8,500 to support 本科 students actively engaged in a research project with a faculty mentor.

The Naval 研究 Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP) provides an opportunity for college students to participate in research at a Department of Navy (DoN) laboratory during the summer.
