How to Submit a Maintenance Work Order

任何 non-emergency campus 维护 request can be submitted to the ODU Facilities Management department online via Archibus. If you have any additional questions on the work order process - please call the Maintenance 支持 Center at 757-683-4600 during normal business hours.

  1. http://odu.nmrkgcs.com/archibus/workplace
  2. Log in with your MIDAS ID 和 password. Two-factor authentication is required.

  • Select the type of work you need to request.
  • 点击 through the options until you get to the request form.
  • Fill out the request form with a description of the issue 和 your location.
  • 建筑地板 are pre-populated; select from existing options.
  • 位置 field is still under construction. For now, when you click on that field, you'll need to click 位置s by Name (located in the righth和 side of your screen) 和 select your 办公室 number or location within your building.
  • Add photos or documents that might help illustrate your issue.
  • Your name 和 UIN are prefilled.
  • If your phone number isn't prefilled, enter a good contact number.
  • Once information on the work order form is complete, press the 发送 button.
  • You will receive an email confirming your work request submission. You will also receive an e-mail when the work order is completed. Messages will come from 维护support@dilidally.net.

  • 登录 Archibus with your MIDAS ID 和 password.
  • 点击 我的账户 in the top right corner, then 我的请求.
  • You'll see a list of all active work orders in your name.
  • 点击 看到细节 to view your open work request.
  • Here, you can add comments or view all actions taken on your request.
